Starting from cleanliness to the breakfast spread everything was on spot, the staff were very accommodating, warm and always helpful. Must mention Mercedes, Lorena and Cele all the beautiful ladies who were all so cordial. They also invited us to food and drinks on the night of Christmas eve, Noche Buena. The breakfast spread was amazing and always attentive was Cele who never left anything go amiss. The rooms were clean and we're cleaned everyday. The place is very close to the bus depot and 20 mins walking to the city centre.

Absolutely loved the shower, it is nice to have a hot shower after being outside in the cold all day. Breakfast was also nice. Location could not be better, walking distance to the bus station and to the city center.

Good breakfast. Rooms spacious and very clean. Staff very helpful in booking tours. About 15 minute walk from city main street.

The breakfast exceeded our expectation. We paid for the preparation of a quality lunch bag. The staff was very helpful and very kind. We appreciate them returning my lost baseball cap. They even washed it and palce it in a plastic bag. The woman at the desk was concerned about a taxi that didn't pick us up at the designated time. She intiated a call to check on our ride. We cannot thank this staff enough.

Quite near to the bus station, not very near the centre, 20 minutes walking. When cold, it seems a long hike :) There is a really good view from the window. Very good free breakfast. Also many food and drinks available for buying at reception. Free working WiFi.
